Dry herb or loose leaf vaping seems to be the latest trend in the US. It hasn't quite taken off in Europe yet as far as I can tell, but I am sure it will over time.

Dry herb vaporizers are a great way to vape dry herbs in an efficient and stealthy manner. You can get a lot more from your plant matter using a vaporizer over smoking it. The dry herbs will last you a lot longer saving you money and also providing a more intense experience.

I came across some reviews and decided to opt for the PAX 2. It is the apple of the the vaporizer world I would say and looks awesome. It performs flawlessly and has completely changed the way I do my dry herbs. Vaping them is definitely far superior to smoking them.

Another good looking device is the V2 Pro Series. I am tempted to get one as the 3 in 1 function looks very good and I would like to vape it on the e-liquid cartidge as well as the dry herb one!

This Series 7 review video is swaying me towards getting it.

As you can see we have an e-cig survey going on on the right. We would greatly appreciate it if you could fill that out. It will only take 2 seconds of your time and would help us greatly. We are trying to work out which types of e-cigs are the most popular and which brands people are using.

I think more and more people are moving way from mini cig-a-like e-cigs and onto egos or APVs so it will be interesting to see what the results are.

What are E-Hookahs?
E-hookahs have only really appeared very recently and have taken the market by storm. When most people talk about e-hookahs they are most likely referring to shisha pens or e-shisha pens like the ones you can see in the picture. These are basically an electronic cigarette with a fruity flavour with difference being that e-hookahs most often do not contain any nicotine. Some do have nicotine so be careful. As I vaper I don't really see the point of e-hookahs without nicotine, but I guess some people enjoy it.

E-hookahs also come in larger formats and in the proper e-hookah format which resembles a water pipe or hookah. These devices take after the shisha hookahs that have become extremely popular across the world.

Are E-Hookahs Safe?
E-Hookahs are basically the same as e-cigarettes only without the nicotine. Nicotine obviously is a highly addictive substance, so the fact that e-hookahs do not contain it means they are probably less harmful than e-cigs. However there is little research to show how the other ingredients PG, VG, and flavourings react with our bodies once inhaled. The ingredients have all been approved by the FDA for consumption by this is by ingestion and not by inhaling them. So whilst they are probably not as bad as normal cigarettes or ecigs, e-hookahs are not 100% safe. But then again the air breath outside is also polluted so who knows how dangerous e-hookahs are.

Which brands to buy?
With so many bright and colorful brands popping up across the internet and in gas stations it is difficult to find good e-hookahs. This site have written an a really in depth and useful article and review some of the most popular e-hookahs brands out there.

I'm not sure about e-hookahs to be honest. I think the colorful colours and candy like flavours might lead to children using them which could lead to them then trying e-cigs or normal smoking. For people trying to quit smoking and nicotine altogether, then I think they could be a good option.
